Cyber ​​Backup service charges will continue to be made on the 1st of each month for the previous month. If the user's balance is negative on the 1st, they will receive a notification that the service will be suspended in 7 calendar days.

If the balance is not replenished within the next week, the service will be suspended for 7 calendar days. After this time, if the user's account still has a negative balance, the service will be deleted and all data will be lost without the possibility of recovery.
