To be able to contact our technical department you should submit a trouble ticket. Log in to your member area in BILLmanager - > Support center – create a new ticket.

Customer service

Should you have questions related to hosting services, their prices or terms of use, we are waiting to hear from you. We’ll respond Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m.

Abuse department

We encourage all of our customers to report violations (copyright violation, distribution of banned products, etc.) or of our Terms of Service.

Our Abuse department is available  Monday through Friday from 1 a.m. to 12 p.m. UTC, except Federal holidays.
