ISPserver schedule during the New Year holidays

Ahead are the long holidays, thus we wanted to point out a change in our specialists' work schedule.

 

Departments' schedule during the holidays

Both the sales and financial departments will only be available part-time. Up until January 9th you should expect delays in responses to your questions of up to 24 hours.

Technical support's schedule is unchanged, we will keep solving technical issues around the clock. As always you can reach us by making a ticket in the client area or calling +7 (495) 668-09-95.

Don't forget about your account balance!

Make sure it is sufficient to keep your services running for the holidays. Our bank will not process any wire transfers until January 9th. All other payments methods will be available as usual.
