The “Unable to Connect” Error

If you get a “Попытка соединения не удалась (Unable to Connect)” message in your browser instead of the site being loaded, check the server connection using the ping command:

ping 	<server_ip_address>

If there is no response from the server, the quickest solution is to restart it.

Log in to your personal client area (BILLmanager), the “Goods/Services” section -> “Virtual Servers”, select a required product, and press the “To Panel” button . You will switch to the VMmanager control panel, then choose the “Control” ->  “Virtual Machines” section and select a required server. Press the “Restart” button.
