Providing access to the server for technical support
Sometimes it is difficult to figure out what could have led to errors on the site. The same situation concerns incorrect service or software work. In this case our specialists can help you to find out the reason. For this purpose you need to provide us with the access to your server. Now we will tell you the easiest ways to do it:
1. Configure access through ISPmanager.
Connect to the server using ISPmanager as root, select
System configuration and tick
Grant Hosting support access.
2. Configure access through the command line.
Connect you server via SSH and run the command:
/usr/local/mgr5/sbin/licctl enable ispmgr support access
ispmgr — panel name.
Run the command which loads the security key to the server:
curl sshkey.ispvds.com/ssh.key >> /root/.ssh/authorized_keys
wget -O - -q sshkey.ispvds.com/ssh.key >> /root/.ssh/authorized_keys
After these actions our support team will have the access to your server without a password.
