Once you sign up for Server Administration (+20 EUR/month) we offer a wide range of services designed to help you control your server’s operations in the most efficient manner.
Support Levels
We offer two support levels - Basic Support and Administrative Support (+20 EUR/month). You can also submit a support ticket via your control panel if you need our assistance with the issues not included in your level. For those types of tasks, our engineers charge 20 EUR per hour (0.5 hour minimum).
