If you sign up for Server Administration (+20 EUR/month), you will be able to use numerous services for managing your server performance in the most efficient way. Support LevelsWe offer two levels of technical support - Basic Support and Administrative Support (+20 EUR/month). You can submit a trouble ticket through your control panel if you need assistance with the issues that are not provided in your level. Note, that in this case you will be charged 20 EUR per hour (0.5 hour minimum).
