Way back in 1997, ISPserver was founded with the philosophy that customers always come first. At that time, many Internet companies focused on automation and scalability to the detriment of their customers. Today, most of those companies are gone, while ISPserver continues to thrive. Now, most companies claim they have 24/7 support, award wining customer service, and knowledgeable representatives. What makes ISPserver different is that we have always been 'religious' about our customers right from day one and we have always offered 24/7 support. To us, this is not a flavor of the month, or a fancy new strategy drawn up in the marketing department -it is who we are. ISPserver commits of 80% of it's total resources towards supporting its customers, and it has always been that way.
Support Levels
We offer two support levels - Basic Support and Administrative Support (+50 EUR/month). You can also submit a support ticket via your control panel if you need our assistance with the issues not included in your level. For those types of tasks, our engineers charge 20 EUR per hour (0.5 hour minimum).
